Bionic Handling Assistant during the lab-tours through Bielefeld University. His impressions he wrote down for the latest issue of the magazine. And what he reports is, like most people report it, that the robot seems somewhat alive. In particular if it moves by means of Goal Babbling. This week I attend the HRI 2014 conference in Bielefeld. I will give a talk in the workshop "Attention Models in Robotics", about my work on attention via synchrony. On Friday, the kick-off workshop of CODEFROR will take place, which is a new EU FP7 "International Research Staff Exchange Scheme" for the collaboration between IIT, Bielefeld University, Osaka University, and University of Toyko.
