In recent months I wrote a couple of blog articles together with Arne Nordmann about our work with the Bionic Handling Assistant (BHA). The articles do not only describe the technical results, but also provide a lot of "behind the scenes" information:
- "Simulation of the Bionic Handling Assistant" describes the development of a open source (!) kinematics simulation for continuum robots like the BHA. A German version is also available.
- "How infants tell us how to control the Bionic Handling Assistant" describes how infant-developmental studies inspired ways (Goal Babbling!) to solve the coordination of the BHA. A German version is also available.
